Teen Wolf Sterek AU: Stiles and Derek are the same age. Derek is a sullen co-captain of lacrosse team. And he might like Stiles more than he admits he does. He thinks he will never have a chance with Stiles because a. Stiles would never pay attention to someone like Derek and b. all school knows Stiles is in love with Lydia. Also, Derek is friends with Lydia’s boyfriend - Jackson. Whom Stiles hates. Yeah, that’s so not going to happen. So Derek distracts himself with Kate. But when Kate has sex with him on the backseat of his Camaro, Derek thinks he’d rather have sex with someone else. And when Kate whispers sweet words into his ear and asks him to tell her all his secrets, Derek stays silent and thinks he’d rather tell his secrets to someone else. This is when he knows, this is when he finally admits. He is completely in love with Stiles. Then Kate tries to burn his house, thankfully fails at it and Derek spends way too much time at the Sheriff’s office where Stiles often hangs out, waiting until Scott finishes his part-time job. Shortly after that a rouge Alpha trespasses, bites Scott and all hell breaks loose. Hale family takes care of a newly-bitten werewolf and Stiles always tags along because he would never leave his friend’s side (not when hunters are still extremely pissed off). With the way things are, Derek will never get over his crush. This is the worst situation ever.

AS LONG AS IT INVOLVES PISTOLWHIPPING) and you know who he wouldn’t believe, is Stiles, saying in a cracked, desperate, lying voice, “Dad, it wasn’t—Derek, he didn’t—he doesn’t—” and you know who never turns down a beating is Derek Hale, because he knows he deserves it, he always does, but this time especially, the things he thinks about Stiles, his mouth, the things he wants to do to him, he tries not to think about it, not ever, but he can’t help it, he wants to peel his shirt up over his head and put his hands on him and fuck him raw, he’s going to let the Sheriff beat the shit out of him.
